Hello, thanks for stopping by our new website. I'm Mark Burkey, owner of Mark's Live Bait-Tackle and Ammo. Ten years ago, I found a way to combine my lifelong passion for fishing with my 30 year hobby of collecting fishing lures. What started as a small home based business, quickly grew into a 5000 square foot shop with almost everything you could imagine for the fisherman.
We have become very well known for our huge, seasonal ice fishing inventory. When other shops have bare displays, we have stock of the hottest lures and hundreds of jigs in all the best patterns. During the open water season, we stock everything for the inland to the Lake Erie angler.
We also recently purchased the Weldon Tackle Company in order to expand our ability to provide for the needs of Lake Erie anglers. With the ongoing expansion of our musky department, we hope to become the most well rounded shop in all of Northeast Ohio!
